This commission type is for preexisting charcters only. This is NOT a design commission; the character should already have a complete or near-complete design, only needing minor changes and updates if any.
Client must provide some sort of a visual reference of their character. Details can be described and changed, but some sort of visual ref is REQUIRED (Be it already existing art, old ref, simple doodle or colored in base)
SIMPLE REFERENCE
Starts at 70€A fullbody reference sheet of your character with a symmetrical front and back view in a simple pose.
Works best with simpler designs.

General:
1. ALL communication is done via method chosen by you (the client) (VGen DMs, discord or email)2. I have the right to decline a commission for any reason3. I won't accept commissions from a client that is under 18 years old. By purchasing from me you confirm being over 18y.o and having full rights to the funds used to buy a commission.4. I have the right to not publish or directly tag a commission if the order came from heavy/uncensored NSFW account. All artwork made by me is SFW in nature.5. Rude and abusive behaviour during the commission process will not be tolerated and will result in cancellation of the commission. I retain all rights to the piece and will turn it into YCH to make up for lost funds.
Payment & Fees
1. Payment should be issued within a 72 hours of receiving the invoice unless agreed otherwise.2. All commisions are ordered and paid via VGen3. The whole payment hould be issued upfront unless agreed otherwise.
Payment for certain commissions above 100 EUR can be split into 50% upfront and 50% after completion. No final HQ files delivered until full payment is issued.
4. Prices may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements and/or additional requests5. Once Work has begun or payments have been made, the client acknowledges work and deliverables are digital and there are no physically shipped goods to receive.6. Client warrants they will not issue chargebacks and the refund policy mentioned below will be followed
Cancelations & Refunds
1. If a cancellation is needed, please contact me immediately.
NOTE: A cancelation without a valid reason (ex. an emergency) after the work has begun will result in a block and being blacklisted from any future purchases after a refund has been processed. I am NOT your peronal bank to withdraw money from whenever you want.
2. You will receive a full refund if:
I cancel the commission
You cancel the commission before any work has begun
3. You will receive a partial refund if you cancel the commission after the work has begun:
Cancelation before sketch is finished grants full refund.
Cancelation after the sketch has been approved grants 50% refund. You will receive any work completed so far.
Cancelation after lineart has been done grants 25% refund. You will receive any work completed so far.
No refunds will be issued after flat colors have been done. You will receive any work completed so far.
4. I do not not permit for the piece to be finished by anyone else but me or you (the client).5. I WILL NOT grant a refund for an already finished commission for ANY reason.6. Refunds shall be transferred as soon as reasonably possible. In the case that the artists hasinsufficient funds in their account to refund immediately, the first following earnings transferred to their account will go towards the refund.
WIPs and edits
1. You will always be provided with WIP sketch and, for shaded pieces, flat color WIP. Any major corrections will be made only in the sketch phase.2. When provided with the sketch, you are allowed to redline the changes you want made.3. One major revision allowed to the sketch shown to you during the process. Including full re-do of the sketch.
- If the need to do so came from memisunderstanding the prompt you are still eligible for one major revision.
- If full artistic freedom was granted no major revisions will be done.
- Additional charges for excessive revisions may be required.4. After line art, only minor revisions are allowed.5. If the initial sketch was rejected and new one is being made, I am allowed to re-use it for YCH, future commission or personal art.6. Once the artwork has been completed no further changes will be made to the piece unless it's a mistake on my part.
Queue and waiting time
1. Commissions are always worked on in order in which they havee been ordered.2. Work completion requires 1 month minimum, and may take up to 2-3 months depending on each project.3. Timeline depends on commission type, complexity, and workload.4. Upon commissioning, you will get acces to my public queue where you can track progress of your commission while I work on it.
The queue is updated reqularly and contains detailed information on the progress.5. Do not rush me, or pester for updates daily. Such beahviour will not be tolerated and will result in cancellation of the commission.
Permissions
1. I reserve the full rights to the artwork by default.
I am allowed to post commissions and Work In Progress Stages to any other social media of mine; that includes making process videos of the commission or livestreaming the process.2. You can, with a proper credit:
Use the artwork as an avatar/banner on social media
Use the artwork as a stream/youtube channel decor etc.
Print the artwork on a sticker, mug, shirt etc. in limited quantities for personal/non profit use only!
Repost the artwork with direct credit to the my socials.
Color and finish a B&W commission you ordered. Credit required when posting.
3. You can not:
Claim the artwork as your own
Edit the artwork and remove my signature/watermark
Sell the artwork in any way. If you interested in artwork that iscommercial in nature, a commercial fee can be discussed.
4. Usage of Work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools; platforms or programs, ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.
